The customer service for Story Jewelry has been above and beyond After our initial purchase we received a confirmation email but no updates on when to expect delivery I reached out via email and within a few hours received a response with a tracking number and a warm message thanking me for my purchase The ring arrived as expected and looks beautiful my wife was super happy Unfortunately we ordered the wrong ring size I reached out again asking how we could go about swapping the ring for a bigger one Again I received a quick response with kind words and a way to quickly resolve my mixup Although this entire transaction was online it felt personal like shopping in a small mom n pop store The ring quality is great and the customer service is amazing I highly recommend buying from Story Jewelry

I absolutely love their jewelry I ordered an anxiety fidget ring and I ordered a size to large but their customer service is amazing and took care of the matter for me I ve already started planning my next purchase because I love this brand so much

I received my rings quickly in the mail and they are gorgeous and good quality I LOVE my fidget ring I got a fidget ring cross ring and leaf ring all of which were prettier in person Unfortunately I ordered too big of a size based on the measurement criteria comparing to another ring I have so I contacted them about exchanging They responded to me promptly and said they would send my the smaller size complementary for my service Incredible customer services HIGHLY recommend this company cute jewelry that isn t too expensive and they truly want you to be satisfied

I just want to say this company is truly filled with beautiful people I m struggling with PPD really bad my first ring broke and they are sending me a new customized ring with my sons hand writing saying I love you mama Right now this small gesture truly made me feel worthy and loved Now I will have my daily reminder I am enough for my children I can t be more pleased with them Truly a blessing

I love this ring It is dainty but means a lot Instead of using it as a Mothers ring I am gifting it to my mom using my grandmothers moms and my birthstone My grandmother has passed on so this is so meaningful I want to order myself one now Also they have outstanding customer service

I ordered this very beautiful silver high and low ring for my daughter who is graduating and wanted it to be a surprise so I ordered her a size 5 It was too small for her and I asked for a return and much to my surprise I was told I could keep the ring and they would gladly send me another one in the correct size I was not expecting such amazing customer service and would recommend this site They were awesome
