Really impressed with this company I ve been using their products for a number of years without issue I recently had an issue with the Crafty after a year of use sent it in for repair and received back in a week all during this crisis Simple RMA Great customer service Keep up the good work

My Crafty plus had stopped charging and after raising an RMA they sent me a new USB cable This was to the UK That didn t help and they asked for a short video of the issue Within two days of sending the video I received a brand new Crafty 5 star service with an outstanding product Keep up the good work it s rare these days

Amazing replacement service
I bought the mighty in March 2021 Then in November it stopped charging I opened a request sent them the confirmation email with my purchase from a third party vendor - not from Storz and Bickel They asked for a video of the serial number and the problem Within 2 days they had sent me a full replacement from Germany to South Africa by express mail I got it in a week because our customs here is slow
