Bad Customer Service
I purchased a piece of Fire Board on Ebay from Simply Logs Cost 49 It arrived broken which meant that I only had 2 3 of what I had paid for so I requested a partial refund of 20 which seemed fair and reasonable to me The seller offered me a maximum of 10 or a full refund if I returned the broken pieces This made no sense but the seller thought that the extra 10 was too much to make me a happy customer Stove Wizard have their own website but also sell on Ebay trading as Stove Wizard Simply Logs Simply Coals and The Coal man and possibly others all based in Flint There is much positive feedback about them if it is all genuine but they are not interested in promptly sorting out a problem when it occurs I will let people make their own mind up as to whether they deal with this company or choose another one
