We recently purchased the Design Bloemen Glazen Hal Planfondlamp We thought it would be a wonderful edition to our hallway as we just finished a renovation However the lamp was not made of glass or iron as in the decription It was completely made of plastic It almost feels like we got an order from someone who purchased the same lamp from Temu To think that they charge a 120 for this It is absolutely shocking This had been very dissapointing to say the least

Damaged item unable to return

I received a damaged item After exchanging several emails with Stralend Thuis Amsterdam I discovered that the product was dropshipped from China They would only provide a full refund if I returned the damaged product to China which is both more expensive than the lamp itself and of course environmentally unfriendly Overall a very disappointing customer experience

TOTAL SCAM Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy any cheap plastic crap from this company Bought the AuroraGlo LED lamp Lamp was sold as a rechargeble lamp but guess what there s not even a battery inside The seller Mister Lamp DE now offers a 15 discount or I need to pay 20 - to return the lamp to China This is completely contradictory with Dutch consumer law If I don t receive back the full purchase amount I will officially file them with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets ACM

they are scammers i bought a 540euro lamp from them and they sent a damaged one that does not work they do not refund change repair it the only thing that they say is if i agree to get 25percent discount on NEXT perchase it is insane they do not reply on email provided in their website i only had to find another email misterlamp at custommermisterlamp reamaze com to reach them and whatever they reply is an automated reply so it seems they even do not read your emails the phone number in their website is fake and if you call it only ends the call so everything about this company is fake i hope you be lucky enough to read about this company before you order if not and you already ordered i suggest you to file a complaint against them in ECC eccnederland - submit-a-complaint if you know please tell everyone here how can we close this scam website to avoid scamming more people

Avoid Arture Lighting - Misleading Descriptions and Poor Quality

I purchased two lamps from Misterlamp expecting high-quality oak lamps from Europe as advertised What I received were cheap plastic lamps shipped from China The product description was completely misleading The return process is just as bad returning the lamps to China costs over 40 euros and involves complicated customs paperwork This company is deceptive and not transparent about their products Avoid Misterlamp at all costs

Misleading and Fraudulent Practices

Avoid at All Costs I ordered two lamps from Stralend Thuis Amsterdam believing it was a legitimate Dutch webshop Unfortunately it turned out to be a scam operating from China The lamps arrived defective with uneven glass causing them to hang crookedly a clear design flaw When I reached out for support I was met with excuse after excuse First they claimed the 30-day return period had expired even though the product was defective which legally overrides this Then they offered a laughable 25 refund instead of taking responsibility After over lots of emails they still refused to provide a proper solution What s worse this company pretends to be Dutch to gain trust but operates entirely from China This deceptive practice is unacceptable I m now taking steps to report this business to consumer protection authorities the European Online Dispute Resolution platform and fraud prevention sites Additionally I ll warn as many people as possible to avoid this scam If you value your money and time avoid this company and any identical websites operating under different names UPDATE The response below from Stralend Thuis Amsterdam to my review makes absolutely no sense and clearly shows they are completely avoiding their responsibility Under European Union consumer protection laws particularly the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011 83 EU sellers are legally obligated to provide remedies for defective products regardless of return policies or timelines A 30-day return period does not override my right to a properly functioning product The lamps I received have a clear design flaw the glass of the lampshade is uneven in thickness causing the lamp to hang completely crooked This defect only became apparent after extensive troubleshooting I even sent photos to clearly show the issue but it s obvious that Stralend Thuis Amsterdam does not care about delivering a quality product that satisfies the customer On top of that the lamp took more than 30 days to arrive Even if I had wanted to use the return period I m certain they would have found another excuse to avoid responsibility Additionally pretending to be a Dutch company while actually operating from China is deceptive and violates EU regulations on transparency in e-commerce This dishonest practice further damages consumer trust This is outright FRAUD

Chinese crappy products for the price of Dutch made

I wish I looked up for the reviews before purchasing anything on this website It s just a middle man between Chinese crappy products and customers They don t own and they don t even know what they sell For the price of good products I got ugly plastic lamps Returning them cost me almost 50 EUR which is ridiculous Never get anything from them I think they own or rebranded another brand Misterlamp which has the same awful reviews
