Easy to deal with and excellent service

I ordered 3 Apple watch bands from strapify unfortunately Australia post lost my delivery I contracted strapify and they kindly replaced my order out of goodwill which I am really grateful for Sam Customer Service Manager is very easy to deal with and take action on this issue quickly I have now received my watch bands and absolutely love them My overall experience with strapify is fantastic I would highly recommend strapify to anyone looking for new watch bands

Quality customer service is amazing

Very good quality band amazing customer service Had a small problem with the band not fitting perfectly and popping out sent a message across and they almost instantly sent out a replacement never hassled about getting the faulty one back Aswell as this the shipping time was only 2 days 100 Would recommend to a mate

Faultless Service

I have now purchased 3 straps for my Garmin training watches and Strapify have a multitude of choices meaning it really isn t necessary to look elsewhere On top of that there have been no issues at all with postage to NZ With my most recent purchase I decided I didn t like the colour match even though the site photos were excellent and Strapify are happy for me to return for a different colour You can t do better than that

Really nice options great service

I decided to order from Strapify because the photos looked great and I didn t want to pay 140 for Apple s straps I bought 3 and they all look great Really happy with the ones I chose and how quickly they arrived So much cheaper than Apple for the same quality One thing I had a notification from Australia Post say that my delivery had arrived but when I got home it wasn t there in the mailbox or at the door Erk It actually arrived a few hours later So don t panic D
