After reserving our plot almost 2 years ago the whole process has been outstanding Firstly Kelly was extremely helpful when we were first looking at the houses which at the time was off plan and helping guide us up in till she left Since Sarah took over she has been amazing You couldn t ask for anymore She has put up with us being impatient and kept us updated throughout the whole journey up to completion on the 10th May We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and build quality of the house and the site team Daz Ali have been extremely helpful since moving in You couldn t ask for more From all the New Build builders we have looked at Strata is the best

Snagging sort out

This review relates to Jeff Karl Les who have been back to our house a few times to address snagging items They are professional clean and great to work with Unlike the Head Office staff including the CEO MD don t care about the customers

Jeff attended our property this morning to complete a few bits of snagging He arrived promptly was very friendly and even did a few extra jobs he thought should have been done prior things we d not even seen A very professional and lovely man who takes pride in what he does Thank you

Strata Service Team are very helpful and usually reply my emails in a few days David Innes has come to my house a few times to help me deal with nail pops cracks sanding and painting and etc He s a very punctual and nice person who does the work professionally I m very satisfied with the quality of his work Thank you Strata Service Team and David

Strata aftercare

Both Jeff Malc were very professional and polite They took the time to explain the procedure of replacing the damaged back door with a new frame and door All the while the work area was kept clean and tidy Our whole experience with Strata has been excellent from day one

Had some snags to do and couple concerns but Jeff and Karl went beyond and report all for us and schedule next appointment day for fixing everything Happy with quality of ending Highly recommend thouse gentlemens
