I never usually leave reviews but the professional and hardworking employees particularly sean and Andre deserve recognition Our experience at stratco penrith was nothing short was exceptional from the moment we entered the store until driving away with our new items Sean was friendly highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase He was able to answer all our questions and even provide us with other options we hadn t thought of making our task much easier He thought of every little detail and no task was too much We definitely appreciated the bottles of water to cool us down whilst shopping on a 36 degree day as well as the assistance in loading and strapping our products onto the car to take home 10 10 customer service I couldn t recommend them enough

Shed delivery by Callum

Shed deliveryI just had Callum drop off the roller door for our Stratco shed which was delivered a couple of weeks ago I can t remember if he also dropped the shed but in both cases I got a phone call beforehand telling me he was on his way He dropped the door exactly where I wanted it I gave him a hand to make it easier and the shed parts also ended up right where they needed to go I wasn t there for the delivery so that was a nice surprise Callum s policy of contacting customers before the delivery actually saved us some hassles a month ago we had requested delivery to be delayed but somehow the shed was loaded on the truck and on its way Thanks to him we were able to have it go back to the warehouse until we were ready

I was impressed with the customer service from Natalie Lavelle who patiently discussed the details of building a balustrade for my deck She was meticulous in pointing out the details of the measurements to consider the diameter of the steel posts I returned two days later to confirm my order with her Quote ref 77459521 with the amended measurements I observed that despite being busy Natalie noticed the customers who were waiting asked them about their needs and directed them accordingly Natalie is dedicated to her work with a concern for the customers She even helped me load the posts I bought that day

We went in to Stratco Malaga to order some fencing materials and were served by Vicky She was very knowledgeable about the product and made a number of very good suggestions as to how we could install the fence and what materials we would need I would certainly recommend this store and its staff
