Registered and set up a new account online ready for a transfer of funds Online set up was simple and efficient Email query responded to well within the 24 hours advertised A telephone call was answered almost immediately and the advisor was friendly and efficient StreamBank was chosen due to good interest rates and easy access - this is how online savings accounts should work

Recently opened a savings account with StreamBank and had a couple of queries and the support team are very helpful and promptly respond which is great Account was very easy to open and literature on website is very clear and easy to follow A

Having had two run-ins with banks offering similar fixed bonds with comparable rates dealing with Streambank renewed my faith in customer service A login issue my error quickly resolved by customer service by phone and another online query was answered within minutes so no apologies for 5 s

So far so good Opening the 1 year fixed account was easy The online signing the account application form was a bit unusual First time in 24 years of online banking have I done that and not too sure what the point is I mean it s purely symbolic as it wasn t my signature Monthly interest arrived at my linked account though as others have pointed out it didn t state who the payee was Not at all displeased so far Thank you
