Shocking customer service from both Emily and Katrina rude abrupt don t even try to help at all plus the quality of the tshirt print is very low Will never use this company again

Appalling Ordered a t-shirt then realised that I d put the image on sideways so went to cancel the order I was told that the order had been pulled from the print queue so nothing had been printed They did say that they d ordered the t-shirt though within 15 minutes of being open on a Monday morning It seems very odd that a company that advertises next day turnaround doesn t have stock and needs to order them in to me They have a plain white t shirt ordered for my cancelled order which seems like something they would use I m being told that I can t cancel despite nothing having been printed and now they are refusing to refund an obviously unused international postage fee They offered a reprint when I m ready The inflexibility and clear postal fraud is resulting in me staying far away My advice Go ANYWHERE else If they need to order t-shirts in on a piecemeal basis they aren t functioning properly If they re refusing to repay unused postal fees they re committing fraud Steer clear

Avoid if you are using their re-seller service They advertise an on time guarantee where you get a 10 voucher if its late My order was dispatched over 1 week late and they said I did not qualify for the voucher as I was a business customer There is no mention of this on their website or T Cs From the brief conversation I had with their so called customer service team it is clear they do not care about business customers Its a shame as the products themselves were pretty decent However I cant in good consciousness continue to use these when I know its just going to end up giving my customers a poor service

Customer service is terrible quality of prints is hit and miss Sometimes they re fine but other times you have to wonder if they really care at all about anything other than profit

Very poor design system When sizing the image on the back of a hoodie on the design it appeared to fill the back of the hoodie On arrival it is very small Contacted customer services who said they print to the size given When I said I relied on their visual design system that showed it filling the back of the hoodie they simply said they had followed your instructions and printed the garment correctly They may have printed to the size but took no account of my complaint being about the way their software makes the design look vs what is produced I am now left with a useless and expensive hoodie and they aren t interested in resolving my issue Very poor customer service
