Payroll department is nuisance
My payroll was through Strictly Education as a teacher in a local school When I left the job and ask for P45 they said we have sent via email which may have came in Junk but I didn t notice and despite chasing many times they have not sent it Really backwards and slow perhaps their system needs upgrade so that they can forward that email again or system might be ok but Payroll team is not capable they should stop saving money on postage and send a physical copy Really nuisance

Sloppy Payroll Department
Sloppy payroll department They switched over to a new system recently and it s awful I ve had missing information on a payslip and the following payslip I m still chasing nearly a month later to when I should have received it I was sent what should have been the payslip after numerous emails to their team only to find out it was the wrong payslip Really needs some improvement I m afraid

A very poor service
A very poor service Does not respond to emails and I have been waiting over 3 months for them to provide my employer with the appropriate reports so that they can be update contributions for pension

Horrific only giving one star as no
Horrific only giving one star as no stars is not an option Pension contributions have been missing since they took over our schools payroll in spite of numerous complaints thousands of pounds in contributions are missing still Their HR department are even worse misadvising our school and then leaving management with egg on their faces when realising their advice was wrong Any schools using this awful company need urge staff to check pension contributions as money is going missing

Do NOT use this company for payroll
Do NOT use this company for payroll I have a payslip from them showing money being paid into a Prudential AVC but the Pru say they have never received the money The money has now been missing stolen by this company for over 6 months even though they have been notified of the error

If only SE would answer e-mails
If only SE would answer e-mails I have chased information from them for three weeks still do not have the answer I have entered information on to the portal three weeks ago this has still not been implemented so that means you miss the cut off date for payroll and have to wait another month for any update Can not wait to change payroll providers

Truly awful
Really do not recommend for payroll and pension services for your school We have been with them a long time and they have got progressively worse over the years The last year has been truly awful They don t complete the pensions information requested by the local authority when staff leave or join their year-end reports are a mess and not worth them even producing They do not respond to emails or phone calls they do not even respond to tickets raised on their own system The pensions team are a complete nightmare and ignore you so issues get left The payroll team are also useless Often ignoring amendments required for payroll and then taking months to sort it out There doesnt seem to be any sense of urgency when they mess up someones pay through their error The payroll system is awful to use I have submitted three complaints between November 2023 and October 2024 and have not had a response to any of them Cannot wait to change providers in April
