Terrible Customer Experience

No matter what DO NOT BUY FROM STRIKER LIGHTS I purchased side markers from them over a year ago and they are still not working as intended The many issues with the company First is how little effort they put into their customer service replies It was taking a minimum of two weeks for a reply back then and about three months ago they stopped replying altogether I used three different emails to send a message to them Secondly the product itself uses 10 RGB controllers from Amazon probably cheaper on Alibaba that I have had to go through 4 sets until I bought a GHOZT kit and the light fixture itself has a year warranty because it could barely last half a year The light had a gap in the heat shrink they put that caused the light to give out There are plenty of more things to be said but I wrote a Reddit review if you want to read more about it r mustang Be Aware Of Striker Lights

I placed an order through their website for 1 342 44 on February 22nd 2024 then later decided on March 5th 2024 to cancel the aforementioned order due to the extended lead times I was promptly informed that they will charge a restocking fee of 148 50 for items that were never shipped or delivered to me In fact I was informed via e-mail that while they denote themselves as a manufacturer my items were on order per Callie hence the restocking fee I feel this is dishonest and egregious of them to charge a restocking fee for items that were never sent I believe strongly that they re actually drop-shipping orders to consumers and charging an egregious markup Furthermore even if my items were on order then I would like to be provided sufficient evidence that the items I ordered weren t then made available to another consumer to fulfill their order s

Subpar product and horrible customer

Subpar product and horrible customer service I ordered a set of markers no instructions in box I m electrical savy no big deal But what is a big deal is they sent me a set of lights and 3 of the 4 markers were for the right side and the lenses are not swappable I email support they say the will ship the marker I need well 4 5 6 7 days go by and no shipping information or anything back from support until I reach out to them Then I get a tracking number that shows it wasn t shipped for another 7 days after that In the mean time one of the markers I did get had already malfunctioned Luckily it was the same one I had an extra of I swap that out and disassemble the broken one to find that these lights are cheap led strips you could order on amazon for 12 dollars and the are glued into the lense I swapped the lights out I finally get notified my package shipped I get my package about 20 days after my first order to find that they shipped me a single marker for a completely different model car At this point since I saw how easily made this product was I made the missing marker myself for a fraction of the cost this kit was not to mention less than a month later the controller for the rear lights decided to quit But yet again the controller is something cheap and easily attainable online elsewhere After this experience I ended up ripping the whole system out of my car and having custom led boards made to my specifications used my own choice of controllers and STILL came in under the price of what they are selling their garbage for Never again will I use them Horrible service and horrible products

Horrible Customer Service Takes money and runs

Where do I even start I ordered side markers December 23rd 2023 They arrived mid to late Jan One of the side markers didn t work so I called and they placed a replacement order Over the next 4 months they proceeded to send me the wrong replacement part even though I specifically told them what I needed and I even asked for a refund multiple times but they denied it I decided to give them one last chance May 2024 to get the right replacement part and they placed the order but two months later and multiple emails calls instagram dms and attempts later I have gotten 0 answers They created a shipping label the week after they placed the replacement order but it still currently sits at their warehouse They don t care about their products they just want to take your money and run DO NOT BUY

Striker lights not full filing order

I ordered the whole rear package on September 16 24 So far they have sent part of the order They are hard to contact I called the phone number that s on their website and it has been disconnected Does anyone know what their phone number is

Terrible customer service like every other review states ordered simple side markers only the rear as well on December 10 it s February 14 when im writing this review and haven t even shipped out emailed them and it s been 3 days no response more than the 48 hours they state no including weekends either terrible place to order from

Mach 1 lights

Got the full bundle on my 2018 mach 1 and it turned out sick with the ghozt controller Glad these guys got everything figured out the new customer support system made it super nice

Had questions about their focus bundle and they got back to me right away I ordered it and had the product within 2 weeks which is awesome since it states 4 to 5
