Fantastic customer experience

Reached out last year as I spend a lot of time away from home and because my house is on a main thoroughfare wanted to future proof security at home The design service was very good and the order placing process smooth There was some delays in getting the door finalised due to Christmas breaks and a problem with the CNC equipment in the factory but I was not concerned by that as the communications and expectations management was very good The day of fitting arrived and the 2 guys turned up on time took the old door off quickly and then meticulously fitted the new door They did an excellent job in cleaning up and making sure the door and new step was fitted perfectly They completed the job in a few hours and were very friendly and helpful Overall I am extremely pleased and all the compliments from visitors very complimentary Thanks to the team great work
