I purchased the 120 kg weight plates with the 7ft Olympic Barbell for my home gym and the weight plates and the barbell as well are all really great good quality and can be handled easily Before the purchase I had a lot of questions and Manish first of all replied very quickly and secondly he was super patient answering all my questions I managed to get FedEx deliver the whole shipment on the same day which was really great Then I encountered a little problem but Manish solved it very quickly and very efficiently I m absolutely positive that when I want to get more plates or any other equipment for my home gym I will come back to purchase from Strongway Highly recommended

After joining a gym for the first time

After joining a gym for the first time in august at the ripe old age of 55 I have become a little bit addicted by it so when I was struck down with COVID early December I decided I need to get some cheap equipment in just in case I can t get to gym in the future Going into the freeweight corner is intimating for a newbie and thought I could get used to it the privacy of the garage I do work some mad hours and the gym is bursting at peak times I purchased the 6 -1 kit On first impression it suits the purpose It s a little faffy to get organised but after the first proper use I understand it s limitations but I am happy with that Kettle bell work out and curl bar one day and set up the barbell for the next day for the money you can t and wouldn t expect a gym quality set up Delivery was quick communication was good Can t really fault the whole experience Going forward to ordering the full pulley wire system I would have to see one set up before parting with the cash or at least see a decent review of one in operation from transition from one function to another and see how long it actually takes I understand the rest periods between sets but dont want to be spending 30 mins of work out getting the thing ready for the each exercise Any way I have totally drifted into something different Would I use strong way again You bet I would
