This is a SCAM I repeat this is a SCAM I made the mistake and bought some tickets through them - YOU DON T BUY TICKETS BUT YOU BUY EMPTY PROMISES Basically they are overcharging you with hidden fees for non-existing tickets with the promise the tickets you bought will be delivered to you before the event starts I tried to claim my money back via their customer support but it was a horrible experience Moreover i tried to claim my money back via Paypal but they closed my case in favor of this scam of a company saying i have received my tickets FALSE I HAVEN T RECEIVED ANYTHING For the love of God please don t do the same mistake And if someone would like to have a class action suit filed against them i am more than happy to participate SCAMMERS

Disgusting rip off company taking advantage of people Very wrong representation of where Talking Stick Amphitheater is It si not by talking Stick Resort It is in Glendale area 30 miles away I had to cancel room at resort and then tried to get refund for my tickets Sorry Charlie it s on you You have to try and resell them How can I do that when they do not give you barcode to tickets until 3 days before concert Advertised for 65 each ended up coming to 196 for 2 tickets I am 69 years old cannot figure out how to navigate their system and I am most likely going to get stuck with Billy Idol May 30 This company needs to be shut down

So it started with my wife purchasing tickets to a concert like half a year ago Suddenly on Christmas day I get a notification that I am being charged for some random tickets to an event I am not even close to In the next 10 minutes we tried to cancel everything tried messaging support Support says we dont have to do anything they will take care of it Out of 3 payments that went through they somehow can only cancel one of them We message them again asking what the hell is happening Now they give us an answer that we actually HAVE to do something ourselves and they cannot do anything further So they ask us to message our bank to let them know about the charges and for the bank to inform them and confirm that those payments were not done by us We did exactly that and now after waiting for like 2 months my bank messages me that stubhub answered them WITH receipts and names that the ticket purchases were legit and money wont be returned to us So my take on this is - for sure it was somebody from the inside of the company purchasing tickets from my account No way some random person suddenly knew my email and password on a random website and tried to purchase tickets through my real mail No one is that stupid Honestly at first I didnt even realize that the website saves all my bank creditentials and that I am able to continue buying stuff without verification from my bank

Didn t receive valid tickets Too bad

I purchased tickets for a sporting event upcoming month through StubHub International Quickly I noticed that my bought tickets weren t valid resold multiple times through other sites and my seats didn t disappear after purchasing said tickets on StubHub International Trust me I didn t jump to conclusions and did my due diligent research After reaching StubHub about this matter they keep denying the invalidity of the tickets because of their FanProtect Guarantee which means nothing I sent proof and they informed me that I broke their terms of service because of my research which is not true at all Quickly they rectify their wrong statement of breaking their TOS but would not issue my refund because the tickets are valid Though I am free to sell the tickets through StubHub if I don t want them So not only did they not issue me a refund for their tickets which are invalid they advised me to sell the tickets to another poor customer TL DR Their FanProtect Guarantee doesn t mean anything and they won t help you when you purchase invalid fake scammed tickets through their service They will actively cope out of any way to take responsibility for not delivering their end of the agreement EDIT 22-03-2025 After leaving my review on Trustpilot StubHub International has reached out to me and my case I ve been contacted by two employees who seemed capable and informed and assisted me with my issue They ve apologised which I appreciate As a compensation they offered me a 50 coupon for StubHub since they were sure that you I would use StubHub International in the future They also asked me to change my review add the attentional information that my issues got resolved which is fair They also asked me to change my 1 star review into a 4 star review which I won t comply with since the whole process left a sour taste and caused me stress

Took my money never sent tickets after a 4 hr drice

Bought my tickets and called when they had not been received Before I left on a four hour drive to the venue I called and was assured tickets would be delivered About 2 hours in I called again and was told to wait until 4 pm as tickets were being sent Naturally they were not and now I am here and everything is sold out Never even ever use stubhub They are a scam

Scam company Bought tickets for the game Bologna - AC Milan for 110 This game was postponed due to severe weather conditions StubHub offered me to resell my tickets since I could not attend this new date I received confirmation they sold my tickets for 58 Unfortunately I never received my confirmed sales and I received another unauthorized charge on my credit card from StubHub Due to problem with the sales of the tickets Customer service is not available their chatbot is re-routing your back to contact us page with same unhelpful chat bot This company is a scam and legal actions are in preparation Stay away from them

I bought two tickets to Theresa Caputo

I bought two tickets to Theresa Caputo show at ENGLEWOOD PAC when showswere 1st announced price at 186 00 a ticket in front row only to find out night before I had no tickets they were resold not by me I never received either I also found out stubhub had my information bought 2 Rolling Stones tickets and resold them too under my name chg the initial cost of Rolling Stones and Theresa Caputo I had to buy 2 more tickets to Theresa Caputo right after I found out my tickets were gone Stubhub gave me a discount as the 1st seats were now over 800 a ticket I sat on the side paid almost 600 for 2 tickets price should have been 500 a ticket now I found out i don t have my Beyonce ticket that I paid for and transferred from my email acct to my Screensaver according to information I found out Stubhub sold it a guy in Colorado for A Beyonce show at RED Rocks in June I never received a refund either and Stubhub doesn t want me going to the media or FBI

Just don t do it Fan Protect is crap

Don t Just don t Honestly it s not worth it The risk is too big and they have all the card I bought some tickets to an event and the seller sold me some obstructed view seated The seller only listed the barcode for sell apparently so the ticket details weren t listed On the listing themselves the seat numbers were not listed Apparently they don t have to be But they were listed as clear view Well I got the tickets realized on the seating charts they were not clear view thought I was protected by the Fan Protect but so far it has been nothing but a hassle even with proper documentation from the venue itself Customer service is rude It s just not worth it My recommendation is just don t I have 500 tied up right now in come crappy tickets I don t want this to happen to you I ll come back and update if my experience changes but the last week with StubHub has been trash
