AVOID THIS COMPANY DREADFUL SERVICE
Updated review I have now tried to discuss my account with studio several times but they don t have a clue what I m on about All I want is my balance and update on my returns This company has really gone down the drain I ve been a long term customer but since changing their returns process never ever again sports direct items arrived And had no idea sports direct are part of studio 24 sadly paying off my account then shutting it The returns address they gave as Unit C not recognised and can t discuss this issue with customer service as can t call anyone lots of customers I m sure like me will now leave

Awful company since being taken over
Awful company since being taken over customer service waste of time Have been trying for nearly 6 months to get a refund of money owed with no success just ridiculous emails saying the exactly same thing i e your name and did you place order we will look into it They never do One star is more than they deserve

I would give a minus score if I could absolutely useless company since the takeover I am still being chased for an amount on my account that should have been refunded despite numerous conversations with them about it AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY

Awful company 90 of what I have
Awful company 90 of what I have ordered has become faulty in a short period of time returns process is so awful you actually give up I have returned three items which they are saying they have not received despite being giving tracking numbers etc 240 worth of items I very much doubt I ll ever be refunded for AVOID

placed an order 2 days later still no comfimation email order not showing in my orders and no way of actually contacting studio email them ends up giving u options based on your selection of course not one option is for order problems facebook you cant message them and twitter has pinned note that takes you to email total joke where has customer service gone total joke

The worst customer service i have ever encountered No phone numbers to call and just told to wait 24 48 hours every time i contact them via web chat and I never get a response It s been over 9 days since the delivery of my unit that i want to return

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful Talking to Studio is like trying to plait fog It appears that you can t actually talk to an advisor anymore unlike previously I sent an email on the 23rd March and the 26th March requesting my account closed still haven t heard anything I tried ringing them they were experiencing a high volume of calls and apparently the waiting time was 1 1 2 hours and that message was before they even opened Still the same message when they were open Studio used to be so good Now it just seems to be expensive and designer led The returns process used to be so simple and you used to get a postage refund if the whole order was returned now it s just convoluted Unfortunately the cons now outweigh the pros

Awful customer service No way to contact them to return faulty items
I bought a Vacuum from Studio 24 and it wasn t cheap It s faulty but there s no way I can contact them and the automated system doesn t have an option for returns that are faulty and there s no contact number to let them know Shocking way to run a business
