charged for premium subscription
My daughter recently installed your app but did not select the premium subscription option However she has been charged for the yearly subscription without her consent This has caused significant distress especially as she is a student with limited financial resources She has already reached out to the support team twice First email Sent on 19th October 2024 at 17 56Second email Sent on 3rd November 2024 at 20 27These were sent to support team at hellovaia com I sent another one today from the website with the same details

Fictional job adverts
StudySmarter are creating fictional job adverts to attract people to apply I can see that they have used our actual company vacancies and posting them in other geographical areas If the fictional jobs remain on the Studay Smarter site after 24 hours I have served notice that we will be pursuing the removal via a Cease and Desist action and make a claim for damages
