I have been trying different probiotics since entering post-menopause Stunningafter40 com offers a Skinny Menopause Probiotic which I decided to try Unfortunately it gave me severe stomach cramps so I cancelled my subscription However 12 days after I cancelled they sent me The Menopause Mastermind a product I neither requested nor ordered and charged me 99 When I contacted their customer service Charyl refused to issue a refund despite their website clearly stating otherwise Per their website Our commitment to 100 customer satisfaction is reflected in our generous 90-day return policy Whether your purchased item is new or used we understand that sometimes things don t work out as expected From the day you receive your item you have a full 90 days to submit a return request There s no need for the item to be in its original condition unworn unused or even in its original packaging All we ask is that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase and return the item We believe in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase If for any reason you re not rest assured knowing you have 90 days to seek a refund or exchange Exceptions non-returnable items Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

I ordered a 3 month supply and it took
I ordered a 3 month supply and it took about a month to receive it after emailing and calling multiple times they finally sent it out Then about a month later I was charged 99 for something I didn t order Then shortly afterwards my credit card was fraudulently used at multiple stores in CA and I am in AR thankfully my bank caught this but had to dispute the 99 charge Call the number and its a busy signal all the time no one has returned messages bank is handling the fraud charges This is a SCAM 100

Scam Do not buy
I had the same experience as the other reviewers This company is a total scam Their customer service is a joke and they don t honor their refund policy Fortunately I was able to get my money back through my credit card company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I had the same experience as others
I had the same experience as others Ordered 3 month supply in July Noted that there were no auto shipments In October they charged my credit card 99 and when I questioned it was told it was for a subscription which was never order or received When I told them this they sent a pdf which I wasn t about to open They then sent me a free goodwill gift I disputed the charge with Discover who sided with the business saying they provided proof of delivery For what Something I never ordered I m not happy with either company now and out 99 Lesson learned
