So i v read the reviews on this site and have to say my experience was totally positive I m a Motability customer and my recent purchase was my 6th Motability car We went to Toyota around the corner and the service was just like all those 1 star reviews on this site Moving on rapidly thinking I don t spend my money on c p service Hyundi were the next stop We were planning to isolate 3 dealers and find the best offer available well after this stop we looked no further Reg their Motability rep was 1st class and a complete credit to Sturgess I used to visit the site when it was Fiat and they haven t changed the layout which we liked He ran through the changes that had occurred since our last Motability car and what we wanted He then pointed to a Ionoq Hybrid and said well if you like that one you can have it next week A test drive was sorted and confirmed that it was exactly what we were looking for Rag then apologised noting that the car was actually sold but we could have one next week as one was arriving on site He also had to apologise for the 80 we had to pay when he thought it would be fFOC One week later we collected out new top of the range Ioniq and are off on Holiday at the end of this week in our new car In all my years as a Motability customer I have never had service and customer care quite like it Normally these cars take 3 months to source But I jest yee not 2 weeks and I m driving a brand new top of the range Hyundai Ioniq Quality motoring from a quality dealer Experienced and knowledgeable met our needs 100

From initial enquiry by telephone to completion of sale Olivia at the Anstey branch was excellent Booked a test drive on a coming soon Sportage Olivia had the car valeted and ready next day No pressure took the car out for a good drive other than a few minor issues car looked and drove well On return to the branch Olivia gave me a fair price for my old 21 year old car and the deal was done Collected car the next day minor issues had been sorted I read the bad reviews before dealing with this branch and Sturgess as a company Decided to make my own mind up Very pleased with the car to date and cannot fault the service I received

Honest and Reliable Dealership

We live in Reading Berkshire and we have been looking for our perfect vehicle as a main car When the Insignia popped up on Auto Trader at Sturgess of Leicester we jumped on it We spoke to Kiril an experienced Salesperson who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish Given the distance between us Kiril reassured us that we would by the car we had seen due to its immaculate condition The sale followed through and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is contemplating travelling to find the car they are after No pressure sales with a lone test drive experience which was a nice touch and plenty of tea coffee or water on hand at all times Well Done Kiril and the wider Sturgess team Highly recommend

Delivered so fast it came with a speeding ticket But sadly no mats

On the 22nd April this year I went into the Sturgess Hyundai Anstey Leicester dealership and was dealt with by the motability expert Olivia I ordered the same day a Hyundai Ioniq and although at the present moment in time the whole motor industry is suffering with worldwide delivery delays I managed to secure the above vehicle on motability as it was a cancelled order At the time of ordering the car was at sea on it way from Korea and Olivia said I would have the car to collect sometime during may After ordering I went online onto various Ioniq forums and realised that people everywhere had ordered and were facing delay after delay I understand their frustrations but I have been super fortunate as the car was ready to collect on the 19th May Lucky me I am leaving the review for two reasons one because of the actual car itself and secondly because of the service provided by Olivia She was very very helpful during the whole process and everything she stated was honest and truthful and I am very pleased with the service she provided overall Keep up the good work Olivia thank you The Hyundai Ioniq is an excellent choice for my first venture into the world of electric cars Even though I am writing this review a day after collection the quality of the car and everything included is fantastic and look forward to the next three years with this car One thing on a final note I must say that I was disappointed to discover the car didn t come with any mats as it was stated motability no longer fund them Regardless of whoever made the decision to charge for the mats is very short sighted and this will be considered at the end of the three year lease as to if I would go for another Anyway despite this very mean decision not to supply mats with the car I will not let this spoil my overall happiness with the service provided by Olivia and the Sturgess dealership in Anstey in general Many thanks Paul Hardy

Great service from Sturgess Hyundai Leicester

We called into the showroom over Christmas 2021 to look at the choice of cars We ordered in January 2022 and were told the car would be available in June Well here we are and the car has come on time The service has been first class from the team at Sturgess Hyundai Leicester especially James I would certainly recommend them Well done Sturgess
