Bad customer support and unreliable shipping is affecting my business

The product is nice we love it and put it up in our newly opening restraunt The customer support has been really bad so bad that our business is being negatively affected We placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still only have half the order I asked them to look into this 6 days ago they investigate for days until I asked again Then we argue back and forth about whether it s missing DPD says they never sent in to begin with and deleted the order from the system Then they apologize and promise to send a replacement We believed they were sorry and their promise to fix this asap so we go forward with putting it up desperate to make our deadline That was 4 days ago and it hasn t left the facility yet and doesn t look like it will for at least a few more days We now have half finished walls and might have to delay opening something we literally cannot afford We have spent hours dealing with support and still don t have the product with no end in sight It s now a holiday so no more customer support for days We told them we were a business trying to open before we purchased The website promises fast shipping and constant customer support yet we have had the exact opposite on all accounts They said they would do anything to help but our order has just sat there again while we beg them to do something We re now thinking we re dumb for believing them and what we can possibly do to recover If you need your items within a month do not order from here

Really expensive shipping cost within the Netherlands even though the company is based there Beste Dominik Martin Wij bieden onze producten aan voor lage prijzen echter shipping costs zijn gebaseerd op het volume en gewicht van de artikelen Wij hope dat u tevreden bent over het product Vriendelijke groet Style4Walls Why does it then cost 10 50 no matter how many pannels i ordered I had to place 2 orders One with 30 pannels and one with 2 pannels Both times shipping cost were 10 50

Very good products and speedy delivery

We ordered wallpanels a few weeks ago they were shipped very fast and well packed The panels look great on our walls so we are already thinking about our next DIY project

We got the Ultrawood Teak Colorado panels which are wonderful really nice quality and just looks amazing on our livingroom Setting them up was a bit of hassle it would be great if they could include the glue in the package and more clear instructions Anyway the result is still great

Service is as good as it should be though you re likely flooded with emails I received like 10 of them I m not even subscribed to a newsletter
