Customer s messages totally ignored
Ordered a men s vest top on 9 Sept size XL Order confirmed as size L I sent an e-mail immediately asking them to correct their error and send the XL size However size L has arrived and been invoiced and I have now sent three e-mails to this Company which remain unanswered There is no phone number on their website surprise surprise My advice - avoid using this Company It is now 29th Sept still no response to my 3 in house e mails sent to this oufit on their own customer contact forms except for a stupid e mail asking me to photograph the jumper in question Belive it or not they say there is no trace of my 3 e mails to them
