More than 1 month waiting for the order to be sent

I made an order on october 12th with the number BWSVEUB1000150152 15 days passed and the order wasn t even sent I contacted their costumer support who told me they were waiting for a product to arrive the week after Another 2 weeks passed and I contacted again their support and they again told me the product would arrive on the 21st november Two days after I receive an email saying the product wouldn t arrive and I would be refunded Three days passed since they sent me this email and the rest of the order still hasn t been dispatched This is the worst costumer support ever I know want to cancell my order after more than 1 month waiting for it to be sent not delivered just sent

Stylevana has been processing my order for 17 days I was in touch with their CS who notified me that one of the items ordered was missing I asked them to cancel it and ship the remaining ones It was 10 days ago and since then nothing has happened They seem still processing my order During the latest 10 days I mailed them 3 times but no response received Please do not buy from Stylevana as they do not care about the clients at all Stylevana - if you read it pls fo NOT ask me to contact your CS as I already did it 4 times totally and it did not help at all Just ship my order without missing item and it would be dine

I have paid 100 for nothing

I have inquired about my order on several forums which I placed on 11 11 24 The machine promises a response within 72 hours but I have not received any messages from anywhere 3 emails 1 Messenger 2 Facebook comments The products are still in stock I have paid 100 for nothing so far I am very disappointed I don t know who to contact My order number is BWSVEUB1000174203 if you rend it

DO NOT ORDER

Do not order from them I have ordered months ago and haven t yet received the order nor a refund Staff not replying to my emails they have sent few corrupted tracking reference which doesn t work

The package is still stuck in transit over 40 days now and support doesn t care

I contacted support three times about a package that has been stuck with the carrier for 40 days The carrier myHermes de itself told me to contact stylevana I contacted support twice already and for 2 weeks after one email from support asking for the order details I have not received any response even though I have already written 3 emails about resolving the matter and the data they asked for The matter is still not resolved and support is ghosting me Order details BWSVEUB1000162735I m willing to change a review if they finally help me

Dissapointing

Ordered products in September now it s December and no sign of my order after 3 months Tracking number not working also no reply from customer service even though i asked for a refund
