We recently contacted Alison as we were completing renovation work and our shutters needed adjusting to fit a new window Our shutters were fitted 10years ago they still look as good as the day they were went in and we did not want to fit new ones unnecessarily Alison ordered the new parts for us had all of our previous measurements on file so no need for remeasuring and then personally delivered them when they arrived This company is friendly helpful professional and what I have taken from this previous encounter is that you are a valued customer for life
