No putter No refund No customer care
Putter ordered only to be told some 2-3 weeks later via WhatsApp message that there was an issue in obtaining the item Seems strange as the item was indicated as being in stock when ordered and currently still is Option for refund or alternative model offered to me As I really wanted the item I enquired about the envisaged wait time Unfortunately all went quiet and I got no reply to my messages Alarmed by the failure to respond I asked for an immediate refund I thereby got emails confirming cancellation of my order and a refund As the promised refund never materialised I sent follow-up messages Subsequently a message received saying refund to be put through again Guess what I m still waiting
