Bought the sublimation beenies from
Bought the sublimation beanies from here 1st problem the 7 50 next day delivery by dpd waited all day for them to deliver got a msg saying the driver is a couple of mins away a few seconds later oh no sorry we missed you your delivery it will now be delivered Monday I have cctv to prove he never tried to deliver I Checked the tracking the driver took a picture of a random door called dpd they said they told the driver to redeliver but the phone reception wasn t great so don t know if he s going to be back so will be Monday now I said what about the 7 50 next day postage I paid he said I d have to take it up with subli blank so I have sent 2 msgs to subli blanks with no response 2nd problem they eventually came on Monday I ve tried printing one of the items I bought printed fine but the beanies are way to big in size to be used for hats so I ve msged again asking for return details as they are unusable and about the postage I paid for next day service to be ignored again I ll be going through PayPal to get money back and won t be buying things from here again

Shocking customer service
I ve been using galaxy presses for the last 8 years and purchased fromSubliblanks Until this point the company has been great However my press broke in warranty It took over a week to get an initial contact from them and then an additional few days to arrange for the power box to be sent back despite my concern this wasn t the issue it wasn t when I checked on the progress of the repair a week later I was asked oh did you send it It was then returned to me with no conversation about it not being faulty or a resolution without me publicly chasing for this The next step was that one of three things around the element were broken- they can t sent a replacement for me to arrange repair- I have to at my cost return the press to them preferably on a pallet- which o clearly have waiting for this occasion Press returned and fixed As this point I queried the postage costs- as I had done before- so far- 25 for sending the press back 7 the working power box And now another 30-odd for it to be returned According th the Subli blanks website terms and conditions the press is faulty Subli blanks cover returns costs when a product is faulty it s also within warranty Oh no Apparently not- i actually should have been looking at the Chinese version of the galaxy website to get the real warranty 1 year not the 2 on the subliblanks site and the additional 1 is just an extended warranty when I questioned this further I was told we can waiver the shipping but will need to put the old element back hilariously this would have left me with a still broken heat press Anyway- shipping paid for press will be returned Thursday Thursday comes and goes- no press which then doesn t appear until the next Tuesday All in all incredibly poor communication lack of following any of their own warranty terms and 6 weeks to resolve an issue with a broken press Phone lines off and my initial email to this day still unanswered

Purchased the Sublirip pro software
Purchased the Sublirip pro software from one of their agents on eBay everything was working ok the software didn t do everything it claimed but was usable upon moving address I was asked to re enter my product key did this then a message popped up saying not found Contacted the original supplier to be told I need to contact the software manufacturer sent Subli Blanks a WhatsApp message to be told that my product key will be reset by the end of the day waited till the next day just to be sure entered product key guess what not found This is getting ridiculous now I paid almost 80 for software that I now can t use seem to be getting no help whatsoever from both the original supplier or Subli Blanks well why would they help they have my money now So not only have I lost almost 80 on software I m also losing money on orders I now can t fulfil just because Subli Blanks don t seem to care about their customers I care about mine

Don t try speaking to anyone - no chance
Goods look really good value Trying to speak to anyone is impossible I have 500 of good in basket and ready to pay but wanted to check something before paying Tried chat telephone not working Think I ll go elsewhere if they don t want to speak when taking an order how bad will it be if there is a problem Very disappointed

I have been trying almost two months to solve a couple of problems with this company the problems with the software Sublirip and Sublipro and I did call them multiple times Yesterday alone I called them over thirty times and I also email them but I didn t receive any help what so ever when I call them the customer service lady she is very unhelpful she basically just trying to finish the conversation as quickly as possible without trying to help it most of the time she says that the person who deals with the software is busy and can t help me right now and he will contact me shortly but it never happens once again pore service people if you will need some advice from this company don t expect a lot of help I HOPE they will contact me to find a solution with this small misunderstanding

Let down by customer service
Great products just terrible delivery and customer service Its impossible to speak to someone here Try and ring the Whatsapp number to only be cut off DPD didnt deliver the order on time and it took hours to get a response back from from Subliblanks When the order finally come it as missing bits Messaged again to get an update

Order No 215127 Place the above order with subliblanks using Klarna as payment method Subliblanks cancelled this order but have not informed Klarna so Klarna will expect me to pay this I advise everyone to STAY AWAY from subliblanksEDITStill they refuse to inform Klarna and ignore my messages on whatsapp clearly they are FRAUDSTERS
