I thought my refrigerator was finished when it stopped turning on or responding to buttons I was about to give up and buy a new one but then I found Sub-Zero Service Repair The technician arrived on time and was polite and attentive He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered a fair estimate I was so impressed with their competence and efficiency and the fact that they were able to save me from having to spend a lot of money on a new refrigerator I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs reliable and affordable appliance repair services Thanks again for your help

Best service experience
Again great service as always Victor is the best - he responds quickly to set up an appt stays in touch re the ETA and is professional knowledgeable trustworthy kind and considerate If a part is very costly his advice is to consider alternative options rather than paying the higher cost on an older model We highly recommended him and were fortunate to have found him when we started with his services in 2023
