After visiting many Stores in Reading my son finally bought a suit from Suit Direct My son is being Best Man this month August 2021 He was served by Andy in the Reading Store who was was very helpful and attentive to his needs My son is wheelchair based and Andy took his time looking at various options to help find a good fitting 3 piece suit Highly recommend Suit Direct Reading

Walked into Suit Direct Bridgend outlet Store smelt fresh and well presented very good lighting throughout to show off the fabrics A very professional and knowledge Sales person called MATT greeted my 16 year old son and myself Finding a first Prom suit is nerve wrecking but MATT was brilliant and made us feel eased Shopping was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I must say that the Store Manager called Darren put the Cherry on the cake Great banter and homely chat Such s great team to run this Suit Store Highly Recommend this Store Matt and Darren

So after ordering a suit online and it being too small received 5 star customer service support from Vikram At the Manchester store who was only to willing to help me get the right size for my son s prom Having kept to his word I received a call from head office and spoke to an equally helpful lady my problem was swiftly sorted Amazing service Awaiting alternative sized suit but the suit we did receive was great good quality nice shape just sadly too short Would highly recommend Well done

Visited the Metro Centre Gateshead store looking for a new suit Had a great service from Leo He took the time to explain everything and offer his expert opinion on style and fit Would definitely recommend

I feel compelled to write a review because I checked these reviews before using them and I nearly didn t buy from them due to bad reviews on delivery I went into store in Leicester and the staff were very helpful They didn t have my size in stock so they helped with online delivery I opted for next day It came next day as promised and in a firm box for protection Good communication through email I will definitely use suits direct again

Suit shopping made easy

Went to Lakeside today for a suit we need for a wedding tomorrow We went into Suit Direct and was welcomed by a gentleman called Ali Ali was brilliant he had a wide knowledge of his stock and his level of customer service was excellent I have brought my husband a quality suit that looks stunning on him and we will be definitely going back next year for a suit that my son needs for a wedding All staff were very helpful and friendly Thank you so much for this positive shopping experience

Had a good experience with good customer service when ordering a suit online for my sons graduation First suit was too small when it arrived so it was sent back free using their online yodel returns service I re ordered another in correct size Delivery is prompt and the suit is great quality Received refund in good time Any queries were answered through their online service within a day and very helpful

Great experience in the York Designer

Great experience in the York Designer Outlet today and totally made up for the not great service the day before The lady was trying her hardest to help and do anything she could so my son got the right suit for his prom in a shop with no air conditioning not fab working conditions
