Highly recommend Gary from Hull store was wonderful

Visited Suit Direct in Hull to look at suits for a wedding The sales clerk Gary was exceptionally helpful and really made the effort to help us get the perfect suits We walked out with suits that we are really pleased with and fit perfectly we would not have managed to find them without him thank you Gary Really Reasonably priced too as good deals on highly recommend

I was looking for a suit for my daughter s wedding I had been everywhere and couldn t find a suit for the occasion and the staff at other suit shops hadn t been much help I went to suit direct and the sales person was called Andy Carroll what a pleasure to meet a person who new his stuff and was not pushy He took one look at me and he had my chest waist inside leg and shirt neck size by just looking at me I thought this guy is going to get me fixed up He did he was so patient and also gave good advice If you go to suit direct seek this man out

Great experience in the Derby Store

We visited the Derby store a few weeks ago to get a suit for my partner and we had the pleasure of Mike helping us Mike was so helpful knowledgeable and made it a really great experience We came away with a great suit - would definitely recommend Mike said his normal branch was Nottingham but was helping in the Derby store on the day we went in

Absolutely blown away

After heading into Reading yesterday on a quest to buy multiple suits and shirts we happened upon Suit Direct Apprehensive at first having never heard of the brand we entered Any concerns we had faded fast when we were greeted by Matt not his full name but it sounds like wine It became clear that we were in very capable hands - he was the fairy god mother we didn t realise we needed - he was amazing Matt was extremely personable and we warmed to him quickly He ferried suits to and from the fitting rooms and provided practical styling advice that we so desperately needed Considering the standard of customer service one usually experiences in clothing stores it was a real pleasure to be handled with care and respect by someone so competent and with a great sense of humour We had so much fun We will definitely be returning for all our formal-wear needs Thanks again Matt - Dan and Stu

Exceptional service at Doncaster Lakeside store

I would like to give a huge thanks to one of the staff at the Doncaster Lakeside store Unfortunately I don t know his name but he s identifiable by a few Manchester City tattoos He went above and beyond for me and my partner and we bonded over our love of football I honestly could not thank him enough for the excellent level of service he provided He is a credit to the store and company Thank you

After receiving a truly first class service I feel truly compelled to leave a review I visited my local store in affinity outlet talke where I was greeted by very observant and polite staff Although only looking for a waistcoat to which I couldn t find the one that shouted out to me I elected to buy a whole 3 piece The magnificent gentleman Matt that dealt with me endured lots of back and forth but made some great recommendations and got me sorted at a very reasonable price The only staff I got the names of were Matt and Clare not sure if it requires an i or not sorry All in all the staff were all great and especially Matt so thank you to that gentleman Many thanks Gary

Wedding suit shopping made less stressful

Went into suit Direct in Swindon today to find a wedding suit for my partner as we are getting married in November It s been pretty stressful up until now and we were determined to find a suit today Unfortunately I didn t get the staff member s name who helped us but he was great Friendly patient and went above and beyond to help us And he helped us find the one I hope he sees this- honestly you made our days Thank you

Joseph and colleague at the Kingston branch was so courteous knowledgeable and kind EVRI gave incorrect delivery information which made us concerned but they kindly took our calls to help

My experience was of the Bury store and I can highly recommend the store We asked for help from staff member called Josh who went above and beyond in helping pick out a suit for my son who is on the Autistic spectrum He had great advice on style and sizing and I was thrilled with how much it all cost me - so much cheaper than other high street stores Would definitely be my first stop next time I need a suit for my sons

Nailed it Lovely all round experience

Today myself and my partner visited this store in hope that I would find the perfect suit On arrival we were greeted by Jane and her warm welcome made me feel confident that I would find my suit She was very helpful friendly and went above and beyond to assist me I would definitely recommend and because of Jane I will be visiting this shop again
