What a breath of fresh air Easy to understand insurance for freelancers that is competitively priced So easy to get a quote they don t try to oversell things you likely don t need and if you need to speak to a real person that s easy too I found them really responsive and had the same person manage my request from start to finish It s often the lack of real human customer service that lets these types organisations down but they ve got it just right and it gives you the confidence you need
