They are a bunch of scumbags When you buy they d ont tell you that it comes from China It was going to be a Christmas present and it got here 2 weeks after I will never buy from this company again The Attorney General s office and the BBB should look into these scammers They should be kicked out of the country for taking advantage of people not counting the poor quality of their merchandise

This is the worst site to order from I paid for 3-6 day shipping it took 16 days for the last item to arrive I had to pay 2 shipping fees one the items was the wrong one and the quality is poor they are refusing to give me a full refund and they want me to pay to ship it back a total waste Do not use these crooks

They are running a drop shipping fraud
They are running a drop shipping fraud operation advertising clothing that isn t what is purchased It s extremely poor quality material that isn t even close to what is show When contacted regarding my order they couldn t verify it with the purchase order number my name and address or screenshot of my order confirmation that THEY emailed me Hopefully they are shut down and charged with mail fraud

The clothes were pure crap and you must pay THEIR Shipping AND RETURN SHIPPING TOTAL SCAM I received them almost two months later FROM CHINA way past the Christmas holiday HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered three coats from this site for my brother and sister-in-law and my fiance for Christmas and what I just received first pissed me off and then put me in tears Here it is 3 days before Christmas money spent and I dare not give them this garbage I wish I had read the reviews first This is how they get us due to this pandemic cause you can t go anywhere to view your product before purchasing DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Don t buy anything from this site You will be sorry This should be a -1 star I m in the same boat as so many others I need to return the 2 items I got a week ago but no response from the Summerhauls folks I feel so bad that any company American or wherever want to send out fraudulent merchandise to make money All I can say is my lesson is learned I will read all reviews before buying on a company s website

Be sure you re working with the actual retailer--not a scammer
I ordered a fairly expensive sweater from this vendor about a month ago and it seems clear to me now that EITHER they are not a legitimate vendor OR someone lifted a graphic from their website and scammed me I have received neither the product nor a refund The customer service person who responded to my queries wrote in broken English The customer service email is a tomailme com ISP BEWARE
