I bought a 4in1 aircon unit from sunbelt sales The website was very easy to navigate and the device in question was 80 cheaper than anywhere else Communication was good and the device arrived a few days later Unfortunately the one that arrived was a 3in1 I phoned and got through straight away and spoke to Beth who apologised and said collection would be organised and the correct device would be with me in a couple of days The correct device arrived and the incorrect one picked up Beth from the customer service team was excellent keeping me updated all the time and following up on the pick up new delivery etc I ve scored 5 stars as mistakes happen and the service to get it resolved was a great experience
