Great policy great team
May I also thank the team for all their help In the first place I was looking at cycleguard but unlike yourselves they don t cover the battery either as part of the bike or if it were stolen separately from the bike What really clinched it however was phone calls I made to the team about the cover I would get I m on a very lo income and also suffer mental health problems so what I wanted from a policy most of all is peace of mind I wanted to feel that heaven forfend if anything happened not only was I covered but that I d be dealing with real human beings and a nice company As it happens the bike cost me almost all my savings so you can imagine the last thing I want is for the bike to be stolen but if it did happen I d want the peace of mind to know it was covered Speaking to your team and now feeling reassured a very human process now means I can enjoy using the bike without worrying unduly about what could happen to it That s a big thank you to the team and the reassurance they gave May I wish all the team and your company a very happy coming holiday season and all the best for 2024

This Should Be The Model Insurance Company
