We have been informed by our agent that the 5000 we have paid towards the land portion of our Italian tour for May 2020 through Sun Island Tours is regarded as deposit and is NON refundable This we are informed is because Sun Island Tours has already paid suppliers in Italy and they can only work on what the terms are from the Italian suppliers We are not interested in credit options as our decision is to cancel the trip We understand there would be a cancellation fee but to lose 5000 is very upsetting
