Even after reading some of the reviews I took a chance and ordered directly from the website since Amazon was missing a couple color options I m in Canada and the package was sent next day from BC I got it in less then a week package was fine no issues here

It s my current go-to filament for everything Great selection of colors and materials and they print fine and smooth My only concern is the current lack of customer support which is almost unexistant I hope they can fix this soon

I have purchased resin resin detergent and hundreds of spools of filament over the last few years over 5K worth and I will keep buying from them Has everything been perfect No I have had some filament that would break after sitting loaded in the printer over night but a few hours in the heat chamber oven fixes it I recommend them to anyone

Great products for the price fast delivery Had an issue with customer support in the past impossible to contact them for a error with a voucher but Sunlu seems to work on it so it s promising For the quality of products there is probably better elsewhere but certainly not at a better quality price ratio
