Bought a SMA Sunnyboy SB 5 0 on 27 01 25 Luckily I got the item but there was no shipment advice and no invoice Several emails sent no answer from sunnergie I need an invoice for guarantee purposes I cannot recommend the shop

I ordered the DS3D inverter from Ap systems and received it successfully But I would like to say negatively that there is no communication when you have questions Starting with the fact that I didn t receive an order confirmation by email when I placed an order and paid directly via Paypal Even when I asked several times using the contact form I received no response I think that s a no-go If there had been a defect or something with the delivery I would now be stuck with the defective goods

The first delivery of 21 solar panels had a transportation damage and had to be rejected However communication with Frits was very good the panels have been replaced by sunnergie on short term and delivered again in good condition All in all we are quite satisfied
