The house was clean and fresh when we arrived loved the little gift waiting for us that we were not excepting They called to check on us and made our stay a wonderful family experience

We love the Jolly Mon We ve made this home the place for our family traditions in OBX plan to continue The owners have been very kind generous It is a must for us to have a pet friendly home this one is perfect The pool hot tub beach access keep us coming back

We really appreciated the texting and emails From the first text that let us know the rental was ready through the check out reminders Both the check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow The entire process was very smooth

Great for all ages

We loved our stay at this house We ve been coming to Duck since 1985 and have stayed in all kinds of rentals This house is one we would definitely return to This house was perfect for our needs - 2 families with teens and young kids The teens loved having the first floor to themselves and easy access to the pool hot tub The littles loved the bunk room and extra games Adults put a puzzle together It is an easy walk to a lovely little sound side beach and walking distance to the beach access as well It was generally quiet and we enjoyed seeing wildlife like birds and deer The house was comfortable and welcoming We would happily stay here again

Perfect week wether was wonderful very clean house realtor made contact throughout the week to check in with us location is perfect we also got to see the northern lights for the first time in our lives

Great after hours customer service

The day we arrived a problem developed with the HVAC system We had to contact the after hours folks and they were fantastic They even sent a maintenance employee to install window units in the bedrooms at 11 00 at night We were impressed The HVAC was fixed the next day
