I am not satisfied about support team and fligth
- Tried to call to help desk 15 times and all the time the line was busy - Flight company was changed and now I have additional work to get back money which were paid for additional luggage - Flight time was moved 14 hours and it influence my plans very much

Never again Suntip for me
Terrible service More than 4 hours delay transfer was a mess in the bus out of the bus in again out again try to ask why but in de middle of any conversation the gide walks away Don t know what to go only speaking German at least you expect a English speaking guide Booked a trip for 8 days but on day 7 we have to check out of de room Terrible service never book a trip again with them I do understand thing van go wrong way but if you contact the company you can at least expect some service

DO NOT BOOK FROM HERE This website has really messed up business model Don t waste your time on it - Price is not real time they will call you to ask you pay more if you want to keep your reservation- Refund is not instant takes daysI have booked the trip through their website and PAID 2000euro an hour later they called me said the price went up either I can get my money refund or I have to pay extra I understand during the search phase it does not show real time price but when you make the booking with money paid I expect the system would have check the external inventory everything is up to date before you ask the customer to pay It is 2019 this is not rocket science to build a workable system Even you can not solve the issue from the technical point of view at least do not ask customer to pay before you verify the reservation If you do not provide instant booking at least put a BIG RED WARNING on your website to let customer know and agree to take the risk in advance After I agree to get the refund it is not refund instantly you have to wait for days to get the money Which means what if customer has no extra money to rebook the holiday from other website and in the meantime price goes up If you can not refund instantly do not charge the money instantly From the pervious reviews seems it happens a lot do not waste your energy and money on this website Maybe you will be the unlucky one next

Reason why SunTip gets 4 star from me
Reason why SunTip gets 4 star from me is the hotel Saadet in turkey they had on their site is in correct It started with being a nightmare holiday dirty sheets at hotel saadet grumpy reception aka chef and aka owner Dog shitted in the pool and staircase dead bees infront of our door I had photos everything and luckily Suntip is available on whatsapp I whatsapped with them they guided me and tried their best to help me my tour guide was Alltours who first told me what did you expect from a 3 star hotel I was in shocked its first time i am travelling i paid pr person 400 euro which is a lot of money in total 800 and then not Suntip but Alltours wanted me to pay 400 euro extra for a new hotel When I contacted suntip about this and thought this is not okay I rather check out now find a hotel myself and get my money They really helped me and contacted alltours Their guide came back to us and said we only had to pay 200 euro to go to the new hotel Which we of course did we do not want to stay in that hotel But SunTip thanks for all the help and trouble
