Needed robe hooks for my sauna They had ones that would fit well with the existing sauna When one double hook was unable to be delivered they immediately reached out with suggestions replaced the item on my order and reminded me of what I was purchasing Arrived timely good packaging and shipping and all hooks were super easy to install They are all currently in use and I am very satisfied

Super happy buying my sauna from Sun Valley Though it was fairly straight-forward to assemble there were some little quirks and the folks here were really quick to respond and helpful The wiring of the heater and the wifi system are very easy but the instructions themselves provided by the manufacturers aren t the easiest to understand Quick phone calls to Sun Valley and everything was sorted out easily If I were buying another one I wouldn t look anywhere else
