Service outside of Spain is very bad
I ve been a customer since 2020 mobile and 2023 fiber MOBILEIt works ok in Spain Outside of Spain it s a lottery whether you be in Europe or outside of Europe The help desk is responsive but cannot provide solutions that work FIBERNo issues except that they don t have a service to cancel the previous supplier which caused 400 euros worth os costs because the owner of the apartment wasn t easily able to cancel it from another country and it took 6 months Overall there had to be better
