Worst customer service ever experienced
I ordered a product they canceled the shipping label so I contacted support they opened a ticket and a week later refunded my money without another word Now I have to order what I wanted elsewhere and wait another week I ll never use these jackwagons again

Customer service has a lot to be desired I purchased 3 Ah Bras I order large and they sent small I contacted them that I would be sending them back They said they never received and would not give me my money back It is not my fault the postal service did not deliver They will not answer my emails andI am out a little over 20 I am on a fixed income and 80 yrs old You think they would refund my money I will never do business with them again Phyllis House in Blairsville GA

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER They send me the wrong item different from the photos on the web then when I ask them to return it they make me pay for the shipment courier at my own cost Which it was around 30 When it was their fault So annoying I had to have such a experience to return it to them Would recommend everyone stay away from buying in this online shop

This is the worst place to order anything from they will take your money and not send the product Contact them the last two months about an order and they keep saying it is in the way Then ask for a refund and they never contact you back
