Absoloutly shocking customer services I cancelled my account but kept getting emails and texts I would click unsubscribe on the emails but they would keep coming I would type stop like their texts would say to do but the texts would still keep coming I would keep contacting them to tell them to stop Sometimes they would say it was sorted others they would say it has already been done and they would cancel the live chat I think I will just keep messaging them on the live chat until the confirm by email that they have Done It
