Watched their commercial on a YouTube ad False advertising and misleading information pertaining to the validity of their product being a new innovation This concept was introduced in the mid-late 90 s with the Gator Grip Super Brand Tools is not offering a new product by any means

I did not receive the item I ordered

I did not receive the item I ordered SuperBrandTools SBT told me to file a claim with USPS I did that and they said it showed as delivered to my address however I never received a package I live in a locked apt building with 3 other neighbors I reached out to the neighbors and no one had it I have not had issues with anyone taking my mail USPS said to contact seller to resend or refund the item So I contacted SBT back via email they say Out of over 100 000 orders shipped this year we ve only seen this happen a couple of times Unfortunately since the courier wouldn t deliver an empty or opened package without filing a claim it means that your package was lost at your front door most likely on your porch or in your mailbox As I look at the reviews for this company they have a rating of less than 2 and looks that a lot of people do not get their package LIARS

Chaos frustration from the get-go

I attempted to order the light emitting gloves of their advertisement while watching YouTube During the process it was high pressure REPEATED special offers of other items several suggestions to add insurance protections faster shipping that would add to the total cost etc I kept it to a single pair of gloves 14 99 shipping 6 95 Somehow upon completion the amount was 36 95 I immediately contacted customer service for an explanation and was received by an employee with a heavy Indian accent surprise who could barely be understood He offered no explanation but to simply cancel the order I DID What a complete waste of time exercise in frustration and classic bait switch sales tactics I was suspicious and I was right
