Professionalism from beginning to end

Although I live in Ireland I chose to use Superfi for purchase my Technics turntable because of their reasonable prices and their friendly and customer-centric approach I chose to order the item over the phone and Anthony was very obliging and helpful putting one aside for me until I got paid Because of Brexit Superfi were happy to ship the item to a Northern Ireland courier address who then forwarded it to me in the Republic It only took a couple of days altogether Unfortunately there was a slightly faulty part in the box no fault of Superfi or the courier - was a manufacturing fault Superfi took care of everything for me by contacting Technics and getting a free replacement which was then shipped direct to me at my ROI address This all took a matter of days and I needed to do nothing - Superfi did all the legwork If that is not professional customer service then I don t know what is For this reason my future HIFI purchases will be from them because of the confidence I have in them BTW I am NOT getting paid for this review
