Very dissatisfied with the service

Unfortunatelly I m very dissatisfied with the service The only reason I made my order on January1st was a promise on the site that the order will be delivered on Monday January 4th It was not even sent on Monday Besides overpaying for the food itself I also paid for the delivery and got it only late in the evening on Wednesday I ve ordered a lot from different stores and they all kept their promise on delivery times but not you I ll never order anything in your store you are unreliable

I never received my order

I never received my order It was se t back to sender for some reason I sent an email but never received a reply from you I have experienced a very bad service so far and spent 30 euros for nothing
