I ordered a couple of pots of Manuka honey and my order was promptly despatched and received Email communications were good from confirmation of the order to notification of despatch The price of goods includes delivery which I like I also received a 10 discount as I had bought 2 items The price of the Manuka honey seemed very reasonable too In summary the service was faultless and the goods provide value for money I would not hesitate to recommend this company
