Updated After countless exchanges via email with Superkeukens Almere and several late responses 1-1 5 week from them We came to an agreeable decision that 50 extra cost should be split between both parties for extra materials THEN the next email they demanded another cost for the mechanic to visit the second time We totally declined it because this behavior and inconsistency in communication happens before and we felt we ve been played by their twisted game We finally decided to take this matter to another partner who could handle it better We just couldn t deal with the stress this business caused us for more than a long period of time However it s clear that Superkeukens Almere is content to let us walk away with a half-baked solution with no attempt to properly resolve the issues or take responsibility for their part in this disaster They also claimed to have offered a 50 discount on a subsequent order as a gesture of goodwill but this is laughable considering they charged us for additional visits that were the direct result of their own communication failures We publish it here as a caution for anybody to aware of this terrible business When it comes to resolving issues This company is a true nightmare and their solutions are just tactics to dodge responsibility ----Our experience with Superkeukens Almere was a disaster We worked hard to save up for a kitchen upgrade and contracted them three months in advance Their saleperson assured us that everything would be installed by August However when the time came the technician who arrived was not only rude but also refused to complete half the installation claiming we were unprepared something they never mentioned during the waiting period We tried to resolve the issue by visiting their office but we were not welcomed Despite demanding payment in advance after they received our money they left us on our own with no support Communication was awful our emails were ignored and when we finally did get a response we were met with lies and a refusal to address the problems they caused Now three months later we re still left with an unfinished kitchen We went for a professional service but instead we were left with a frustrating experience I would strongly advise to stay away from this company

If I could give zero stars I would They are an absolute nightmare We ordered our kitchen in July 2024 expecting a smooth process from a supposedly reputable company Instead it has been nothing but stress delays and incompetence and now in mid-February 2025 we STILL do not have a fully installed kitchen What went wrong Everything Our original delivery date was October 18th 2024 When the kitchen arrived it was incomplete with missing and incorrect parts making installation impossible The worktop has been delivered incorrectly THREE times wrong sizes damaged pieces and after all this time we are now being told that the worktop we ordered in July CANNOT EVEN BE PRODUCED because their supplier does not have the correct equipment It took them SIX MONTHS from delivery date to figure this out For a kitchen ordered in JULY 2024 Now in mid-February 2025 we still don t have a confirmed installation date for the correct countertop Other issues like a misaligned stove fridge freezer doors that don t close properly and a damaged fridge drawer were reported in October but were only looked at by the store manager at the end of January 2025 That s more than three months of chasing for basic service And these issues are STILL NOT FIXED The worst part They take zero accountability Every delay is blamed on their suppliers instead of taking responsibility and actively fixing the situation Communication is horrible we have had to follow up constantly only to receive vague answers and empty promises No one from their back office also never follows up with the suppliers until we call to get updates ourselves We are exhausted We have been living with boxes everywhere unable to set up our home properly for nearly FIVE months because of their repeated failures They offered a measly 500 compensation for a 10 000 kitchen that has caused months of disruption That s insulting We expected a functioning kitchen delivered and installed correctly not months of frustration wasted time and chasing a company that clearly does not care about its customers My advice Stay far away If you want a company that actually delivers what you pay for on time and without endless excuses go somewhere else

UPDATE FROM MY LAST REVIEW Recap Buying from Superkeukens has been the worst experience ever We ordered our kitchen in July 2024 and the installation date was promised to be October 18th It s now mid-February 2025 and we still haven t received our completed kitchen Worktop delivered wrong THREE times only to be told after six months that it CANNOT EVEN BE PRODUCED as ordered Update Now they informed us the worktop is ready end of February but no installers are available until the end of March meaning another 6 weeks of waiting a total 24 week delay OVER SIX MONTHS They are doing NOTHING to fix it no solution no urgency and a laughable 500 compensation for a 10 000 kitchen that has been a nightmare from day one We have been living in a half-finished home for months surrounded by unpacked boxes waiting for Superkeukens to get their act together They take zero responsibility just blame their suppliers and leave the customer stranded No one can believe how unprofessional and careless this company is DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERKEUKENS If you want endless delays excuses and the worst service imaginable they re perfect Otherwise go somewhere else

If you care about your mental well-being do not buy from Superkeukens they will just drive you crazy They took our money in full yet after six months we are still waiting for a fully installed kitchen They make false promises take zero responsibility and abandon their customers instead of finding solutions The salesperson disappeared after the sale and the back office does absolutely nothing to help We reached such a desperation point that we even called Superkeukens HQ to escalate the issue because the Amsterdam back office was useless We were promised a callback yet no one ever called just more empty promises Superkeukens is an absolute nightmare AVOID at all costs

they took the wrong measurements then delivered the wrong countertop a work done and redone multiple times and they just can t get it right in multiple months the experience is getting absurdly frustrating with a customer care that gives nothing more than excuses and acts like it s not even their fault and the client is the only one paying the price for their incompetence there are surely a lot of companies worth of your money more that such an unprofessional one

The selection of designs is quite sufficient The process of agreeing the kitchen design components and timing went very smoothly with perfect satisfaction The process of actual build up of the kitchen was a disaster Virtually zero attention to detail The back side of the cabinets was literally murdered to access water and electricity In 2 instances the installer has actually damaged my kitchen and then did not inform me about while trying to hide the damage There were 9 attention points to be repaired and it took 5 months to fix them In the process of fixing them further damage was done In the meantime I had to modify things behind the cabinets only to notice completely incompetent handiwork screws at an angle unattached wooden pieces acting as spacers plenty of post installation dirt So if you don t plan to install their kitchen by yourself STAY AWAY

A new kitchen like any big project in a house can be quite challenging and stressful Superkeukens was a good partner and Bram in Utrecht was instrumental for a detailed oriented kitchen within our budget Who knew there were so many things and details to take into account Moreover the prices given are not inflated and then reduce by huge discount We were given flexibility and good options to match our desires Something that in other shops we didn t find Bram was super helpful and a key factor in us choosing superkeukens The time frame 3 months was respected and everything delivered in order
