Great Support and turn around
Our Sureflap microchip Connect Cat Flap suddenly developed a strange fault a cycle of opening and closing for no reason I phoned Sure Petcare got straight through and was given some advice as well as receiving an email with further information and an instructive video That didn t cure the problem but the email had contingency instructions which included sending them photos and a video for further diagnostics They swiftly replied and sent a new replacement strengthened camshaft with further instructions on fitting and it sorted the problem out straight away Great support and fast turn around

Great Customer Service
So impressed by the customer service here Had Sureflap Connect for a couple of months working fine It developed a fault on Thursday night phoned customer services Friday morning emailed in photos and video They confirmed later that day that there was no fix and they would be sending out a replacement unit This arrived lunch time the following day all now working fine again In a world where poor customer service appears to be the norm this was simple and lightning fast Thank you Judith and all the team at Sure Flap

Excellent customer care
Due to one of my cats having a health issue I ve been using the SurePet ecosystem for a while Two feeders to keep their food separate and monitor how much is eaten along with a Felaqua to track the water Great pieces of kit However one of my feeders developed a fault which couldn t be resolved Sure customer services rapidly resolved this by going through detailed steps and sending out a replacement unit Superb customer service

Draughty Catflap
I contacted Sure with just a query on where to buy spares and they went that bit further but supplying a fix that will help enormously Their customer service are second to none and I just wish all that all companies rise to this standard Brilliant products brilliant company

Exemplary
I have had to use your customer service on two occasions in 10 years of owning my cat flap the service received has always been exemplary The issues with my cat flap have been diagnosed quickly and if needed a spare part has been sent out immediately Fantastic product and fantastic service Thank you

cat flap connect lost connection to the hub
My cat flap connect lost connection to the hub and no matter how often I tried and deinstalled the app changed batteries rebooted the hub - it wouldn t connect I contacted Customer Support through the online contact form and they sent me a new hub within a very short period of time Now it s working just fine again Really great and immediate support Thank you

The customer service is outstanding After our cat flap started to drain batteries within hours we contacted Sure Petcare using their website Within a day we got a reply with tips and advice which in our case didn t solve the issue but proofed a faulty device Without any hesitation we got a replacement sent which works just fine Thank you for your help
