Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever Terribel forecast for all existing customersIt has now been several months since I am experiencing connection issues and chat support is completely useless I informed them on day 1 and have since tried a number of different procedures which were supposed to resolve the problem None of them have worked so far The most frustrating part though is that each time you contact the support center they are completely clueless about previous actions and start from scratch remove SIM restart blah blahThe company recently informed its customers that the current SIM cards will cease to function somewhere mid 2022 You will not get back your balance on old cards and unless you buy a new SIM won t be able to use their service anymore This is an absolute no-go for any service provider and I cannot understand how the company chose such a despicable approach towards its clients

Really bad service
Customer service is almost non existent or they reply with vague answers Especially after canceling eSIM and SIM cards saying new SIM will be much better They don t want to explain what is better besides that I ve lost lots of money with them on my existing SIM cards they forced to expire

Disreputable Company
Data rates are reasonable in most countries but their business practices are terrible Only two months after I bought their non-expiring SIM and paid the exorbitant express shipping fee the only option they informed me that I would have to get a replacement SIM within 4 months and pay the exorbitant express shipping charges again Otherwise the credit that was supposed to last one year would be wiped out Steer clear of these people

Misleading practices horrible product
I have been their customer for a few years but not any longer On paper the idea sounded great - you have low rates for multiple countries with a single card on a use basis However only when you purchase the product you see that the reality is completely different At first - if you are lucky - you need to do several not-user friendly settings to connect plus usually takes at least 3 phone restarts to connect to their internet And this is if you are lucky Half of the time I cannot connect at all or manage to connect a day later by which time I could have purchased a local card anyway Especially for the more exotic countries - don t count on this one Plus now they raised the minimum recharge to 25 EUR per year I still could live with that where I finally gave up was last month I was on vacation in Egypt - their website showed 0 03 cents per mb but with 15 EUR credit remaining - it lasted 69mb and that was it When reached to their customer service - they told me that somewhere last year they decided to change the cards they use and for the old ones rates are different 0 21 EUR for Egypt But you don t find these rates anywhere on their website the Rates tab every normal person would go shows 0 03 In a response they sent me some notification form last year which I still cannot find how to navigate to in their extremely confusing website which says that the old cards expire and the rates will change still even there there was not a rate for Egypt but my card still connected and wasted my balance in 15 min And now they ask me to recharge for another 25 EUR and to pay another 25EUR for card delivery These guys are a complete joke Don t waste your time with them If you still manage somehow a way to activate their card which you should not take for granted I am saying this from a personal experience they will find a way to frustrate you in various other ways trust me on this one

SHADY COMPANY- expect hidden fees
My Surfroam SIM was fine until the company suddenly changed the rates and decided that all previously purchased SIM cards would expire on March 1st Now they will cancel my service and I will lose ALL money on both our SIM cards unless I pay an ADDITIONAL 23 50 euro to ship two new SIM cards- months before my funds were set to expire I contacted customer service and they refused to help So much for using this on my trip Surfroam is one shady company- my best advice to you is to not be tricked by the low costs and to use another more trustworthy travel SIM
