Very unprofessional work
Very unprofessional work no collaboration at all and they try to steal the client by offering logistic service otherwise the keep you agency driver wait for hours in order to load it the logistic team leader is aggressive refuse to provide any thing if you have your own agency even Euro1 certificate I will never advice any one to deal with unless something necessary I have all emails to proof what I said

Company to be absolutely avoided Unfortunately I was totally ripped off and I hope with this review to foil the scam for other unfortunate people Goods are sold sight unseen means that if the goods don t work are broken or missing parts they take no responsibility and therefore literally make you throw money away Avoid them absolutely lousy at everything UPDATE What they say in their reply to my review is false Obviously I contacted the customer service they quote and as a response I got that the sales formula is seen and liked without warranty so they don t recognise anything Don t be intimidated go to a consumer association who will assist you legally and free of charge Don t give in to their aggressive way of doing things
