Great Photo evidence and very detailed

I received the final version of Oliver s RICS L3 Building Survey on 8th November 2023 It contained 144 photographs Oliver went above and beyond literally to obtain good photographic evidence focusing always on potential issues In my inspection he included views of guttering that would require a ladder and looked inside closets - still filled with seller possessions - to obtain images of electrical and plumbing installations He was readily available to discuss his findings over the phone He provided essential evidence that I could bring to attention of the seller and their management company - regarding maintenance upkeep Oliver is based in Cobham Surrey and I would unreservedly recommend him to any prospective buyer requiring a local building report
