Sam Charlie came early to connect the PV panels worked quickly and neatly leaving no mess and talking me through the work In fact all of the Sustain work has been as expected without surprises The timetable has been kept to and this is exactly how it should be

Everything happened as it was supposed
Everything happened as it was supposed to and at the time it was supposed to The only glitch was a dropped scaffolding pole which broke some tiles but I was very impressed by the way that they rapidly and efficiently fixed the problem The team was efficient and fully explained each step

My solar panel installation was part of a scheme promoted by my local Council Sustain Homes were the preferred installer From the start they were clear with the process and what would be involved The installation proceeded over three days and was completed to a high standard Explanations were clear and helpful I would be happy to recommend the company
