Excellent customer service
I purchased a microwave kettle and toaster from swan mid june 2024 After 3 months the toaster stopped working for reason I contacted customer services Chioma was very efficient at communicating with me and after sending in a short video of the faulty toaster I was given a replacement Excellent customer service should your appliance go wrong in the manufacturers warranty period

Good customer service experience with Swan - broken kettle
We had a problem with a Swan kettle that we had purchased - light would come on but the kettle didn t heat up The shop that it was purchased from had since closed down so it could not be returned to the shop Swan were very helpful and a replacement kettle is on the way We thankfully had kept the receipt as proof of purchase

Excellent customer service
I had had a recurring issue with my coffee machine for a while I spoke to Clare Kat Kai Clare was my main point of contact on Friday and between them they organised a new machine to be dispatched to me It arrived this morning Tuesday and I couldn t be happier They really did offer excellent customer service

Swan Retro radio issue
I had an issue with my new Swan Retro radio and e-mailed their Customer Service dept After sending a video to Clare showing the problem she has now arranged for a replacement to be sent to me Very pleased with the way Clare dealt with my problem very professional and helpful

Brilliant response thanks
After 18 months of owning my Alexa Kettle I had a problem with it I contacted Swan expecting them to say it was out of guarantee but their response was brilliant and the replaced it with a new one We have got used to companies saying tough luck so I am delighted with Swan s response

Brilliant Customer Service
I got given Swan Coffee to Cup Coffee Machine as a Christmas present last year and I have absolutely loved it so far I get to have fresh coffee at home every day and as a mum to a 1-year old I need lots and lots of coffee However a part of the machine broke recently and when I contacted Swan about it they arranged a new replacement part to be sent free of charge Such brilliant customer service and I now get to keep having my favourite fresh coffee every day

Faulty item
Purchased a kettle directly from swan online Used it once an noticed the item was faulty with the on switch not remaining on before it reached boil I got through pretty quickly over the phone with customer service only waiting 15 minutes on hold Spoke to a lovely lady Tracey who said I would have to take a video of the fault once that was done I just needed to send proof that I had cut the cord on appliance and send batch number It was a pleasant and easy 48hrs to sort an Tracey s response was very quick emailing back Tracey was very apologetic about the problem an the company she works for even though it wasn t personally her fault This lady is obviously a credit to the team Well mannered polite efficient empathetic happy to help professional and hard working individual I hope this review reaches you well Thank you again I look forward to receiving my new item - Lauren Anthony
